On Friday, March 12, BUGS is hosting our Family-Teacher Conferences for Semester 2. Families will have the opportunity to meet virtually with teachers to gain an understanding of your student’s academic progress. Families should have received Semester 1 progress reports. Please use it as a guide to prioritizing subjects that you’d like to most urgently address. You can also reference TeachEase for your student’s most up-to-date grades. We look forward to connecting with you!

Important Information about Family-Teacher Conferences

Each family is limited to 4 appointments (we recommend you prioritize subject areas in which your student is struggling)
Conference sign-ups are on a first-come, first-served basis.
Conferences are a maximum of 8 minutes.
Appointments are available from 9am to 7pm on March 12 (classes are not in session)
Students are strongly encouraged to attend, but their attendance is not mandatory

Please note that we need you to complete your conference registrations by 6pm on March 10. The schedule will be closed after March 10 to provide teachers with time to prepare for each meeting.
