The Dignity for All Students Act (DASA) took effect July 1, 2012. Its purpose is to provide students with a school environment free of discrimination and harassment by peers and by school personnel.
The Freedom of Information Act (FOIL) gives the public the right to view and/or obtain certain government records. BUGS has adopted regulations governing when, where, and how you can see public records. The regulations are posted in the Administrative Office of the School and here on the School’s website.
