Hi Everyone!

We know the party at the school is not happening, but all of us parents are still here to fully support our kids and teachers so this auction IS HAPPENING!

It’s going to be the most meaningful virtual party you’ll attend this year!

Here’s what an going down:

1. The PTA will reveal the items up for bid on Friday, March 20th. Register here for free to see those items when they become visible!

2. On March 27th, Friday evening, the bidding will begin and continue all day on Saturday! We will release all items and you can start bidding from your phone from the safety of your own home!

3. At 9:30 pm, March 28th, the bidding will be closed and winners will be announced! We will contact you to get your prizes into your hands!

4. Our Auction website also accepts cash donations! If you want to participate and can’t find anything you want to bid on, we take cash in any increment. Here are some giving levels to help you out:

• $500 - pays for 10% of the $5,000 the PTA contributes to BUGS for the TM Meditation Program

• $400 - pays for 2 classrooms to receive culinary lessons related to their core curriculum

• $300 - pays for snacks and drinks for teachers at one Student Led Conference Day

• $200 - pays for entry fees for students to participate in one Math Competition

• $100 - pays for 10 Teachers to have a drink on the PTA at the Parent Teacher - PTA hosted mixer in September

• $75 - buys 5 pizzas plus tip for a student social such as ‘Winter Fest’ and ‘Monster Mash’

• $50 - pays for school security during our annual Community Movie Night (this year we screened ‘Like’ a movie about social media and our youth

• $35 - helps us toward our $1,050 budget for chair massage and snacks for Teacher Appreciation week

• $20 - buys 2 BUGs t-shirts for new incoming students for next year
